How to Order

We can't wait to welcome you to our bakery! Follow the instructions below to be able to make sure we are able to satisfy your cravings and enjoy your Filipino treats.

  1. Browse the menu, select which item(s) you would like to pre-order/order and add it to your basket. 

  2. You can choose from the drop down menu which delivery/shipping date suits you best for that product.

    Note: this is first come and subject to availability, it can be reserve from the 1st of each month. Cut off for orders will be 48 hours prior to the dropdown date, but the date will be deleted from the dropdown once fully booked prior to this. Specials, launches and regular menu orders have separate set days. If you would like to order out with these days, please fill in a special request bake form below, or message me directly via social media.  If you would like to order from traditional and limited special bakes, this would require two postal charges due to being posted out on two separate days.

  3. Drop in the notes to inform me of allergies or dietary requirements you may have, allergens will be stated under each product for your access.  

  4. Let me know how you would like to receive the item(s):  
    Collection: Livingston pick-up FREE. Address will be provided at checkout.  
    Livingston Delivery: Free Delivery, just pop your Livingston address in at checkout.
    Edinburgh- £5
    Minimum order for delivery is £20, all orders are made fresh for collection or delivery any time after 1pm unless discussed and agreed otherwise. Please be available to receive your order throughout the whole day.

  5. Payment will be through bank payment upon checkout. Cash Payment will not be available.  

  6. Confirmation of your order will come through via email provided. 

  7. If you are collecting, please have your order confirmation with you!

Shipping Information/Policies

Nica’s Panaderya is not liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail. 

  • Please read carefully and select the proper shipping at checkout for your desired delivery date. 

  • Selecting a Ship date at checkout: The date you select is the date your order is produced and picked up by Royal Mail. Delivery date will ideally be 1-2 days through Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

  • We take complete care in packaging each product for shipment using packaging materials and sturdy positioning. Once the package leaves our hands we cannot guarantee how they will arrive to you. If any breakage occurs during shipping, NO refunds will be issued.

To cancel an order, please do so at least 48 hours before your ship date by emailing panaderya23@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Refund requests received after the 48-hour deadline will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the retail price, excluding transaction fees.
