Since launching this platter in July 2024, I’ve made 216 kakanin platters – and it’s still one of my most requested offerings! I have also done 8 events with them on our bilaos! So yes, it’s now officially a every 2-monthly thing! 🎉

This edition combines your favourite flavours from the first two releases!

✨ Available for postal, delivery, and collection. Please note: delivery dates are separate from traditional & limited edition orders – I’m a one-woman team and want to make sure every box gets the love and quality it deserves.

December Edition Includes:

💜 Suman: Steamed beautifully in banana leaf for that incredible aroma and perfect dense chewy rice. Amazing with latik coconut sauce. Best served warm.

🍠 Ube Halaya with Cheese – Nica’s Panaderya’s homemade, smooth and creamy purple yam halaya, slow-cooked to perfection and topped with rich, mature cheese for a sweet-savoury balance.

🔥 Biko –Try our homemade Biko – soft, sticky rice cooked in creamy coconut milk and brown sugar, topped with golden latik- which is slow-cooked coconut milk till it’s deliciously crispy. Enjoy it slightly warmed for the best experience!

🌈 Sapin-Sapin – A vibrant, layered rice cake infused with coconut, ube, and jackfruit flavours, coated with toasted desiccated coconut for added texture.

🌾 Espasol – Soft and chewy rice delicacy coated in sweet toasted rice flour, offering a subtle nutty flavour in every bite.

🥥 Palitaw – our handcrafted soft, chewy rice cakes coated in freshly grated coconut, toasted sesame seeds, FRESH coconut and just the right touch of sugar. A sweet reminder of Filipino traditions in every bite.

🍯 Kutsinta – Soft, chewy, and slightly sticky caramel rice cakes, topped with Nica’s Panaderya dulche de leche yema spread and FRESH grated coconut for a delightful bite.

🍮 Leche Flan – A silky, rich custard with a decadent caramel topping, melting in your mouth with every spoonful.

Transportation 

All deliveries are made with the cake being transported in an air-conditioned vehicle. If you are collecting, please make sure you keep your bakes, cakes, treats or spreads as cool as possible. Place your order in a vehicle with the AC on, on a flat surface and away from any objects that could touch the box and affect the contents. 

Storage 

Please store cakes in the fridge as soon as possible after delivery or collection and keep refrigerated for 20 mins before serving.  

Breads should be transferred in an airtight container and can last up to 3 days, for longer shelf life, they can be kept refrigerated or placed in the freezer. Microwave breads from room temperature for 10 seconds to enjoy like they are fresh out the oven.  

Treats should be kept in an airtight container and can lasts up to 5 days. I highly recommend consuming these on the day for better taste and quality. 

Spreads should be continuously kept refrigerated and consumed within 2 weeks. Can be frozen and thawed in the fridge directly. 

Allergen Information 

All products contain milk and eggs. It may contain gluten and traces of nuts. Soybean, sesame, peanuts, celery, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, mustard and lupin may be present within the kitchen environment.

Ingredients:

Kutsinta: Plain White Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), tapioca flour, dark brown sugar, atsuete powder (annatto seeds, cornstarch), lye water, Fresh grated coconut, yema (condensed milk, granulated sugar. Unsalted butter(Milk, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Salt), lime juice, salt).

Lecheflan: Condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract .

Biko: glutinous Rice, coconut milk, coconut cream, brown sugar, salt.

Espasol: glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt.

Sapin-sapin: glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, ube extract, mango extract, macapuno strings (coconut sport, refined cane sugar), langka (jackfruit, cane sugar, citric acid), Dessicated coconut (Sulphur Dioxide).

Ube halaya: Frozen Ube Yam, condensed milk, granulated sugar, unsalted butter((Milk, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Salt), Ube extract, Mature white cheddar cheese (milk), salt.

Suman: glutinous rice, coconut milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, banana leaf.

Palitaw: glutinous rice flour, granulated sugar, toasted sesame seeds.
